By joining the ESC Network, the Octoberfest show will receive a marketing grant in 2021 based on the number of horse show entries in 2020. Equine Sports Council is very honored to have the Illinois American Saddlebred Pleasure Horse Association (IASPHA) join our horse show network.  IASPHA started in 1973 with one pleasure horse show, and now hosts three shows with multiple affiliated horse shows that all earn credits towards end of year Champion and Reserve high point awards. For over 40 years IASPHA has been very successful in realizing its goals, and is one of the largest American Saddlebred charter clubs in the nation with a very active membership. Equine Sports Council’s mission – to provide rules, standards, support and promotion for horse shows across the country – closely mirrors the Monarch mission and we are thrilled that their National Championship has joined the ESC Network. In 2019 a vision was formed to support mainstream American Saddlebred horse shows across the country and offer a “Crown Jewel” for this core market.
