DF100.1 ESC Horse Show Network Horse shows within ESC’s network are committed to providing a competition environment that promotes good sportsmanship, fair competition, and the highest standards of horsemanship. The welfare of the horse and the safety of exhibitors are paramount. Exhibitors at ESC shows are required to sign entry forms and pay an ESC fee which constitutes a contractual agreement that these rules will be followed. Those found in violation are subject to the penalties as described in Chapter 9 RE900 Enforcement and Penalties.
