SO508 Show Ring Announcer Responsibilities

1. Under the instruction of the Judge (via the Ringmaster), the announcer is to call the classes to the ring, to call all gaits, and to announce any additional instructions that may be necessary during the classes.

2. The Announcer may provide general information about classes and horses, make special announcements and keep the general interest of spectators.

3. The Announcer does not have the authority to call a time out or excuse an exhibitor without the express direction of the Judge.
