Equine Sports Council Foundation

Equine Sports Council Foundation (ESCF) is an educational non-profit 501(c)(3). The ESC Foundation’s mission is to educate, raise awareness, and advocate for the trotting breed show horse industry.

The ESC Foundation was established in 2024 and is funded through donations from ESC Corporation and private individuals. The ESC Foundation has been instrumental in raising awareness of the trotting breeds with US Lawmakers and USDA regulatory offices. In early 2024, ESC Foundation sponsored a Riding Instructors Workshop in Nashville, TN that offered educational opportunities for professional instructors. Moving forward, ESCF plans to provide education and training for Officials (Judges/Stewards) within the show horse trotting breed industry.

In July 2025, ESC Foundation was named the Interim Administrator of the Bill Wise Saddlebred Sweepstakes program.
