Mark Staehnke Joins Equine Sports Council as an Advisor

Equine Sports Council (ESC) is pleased to announce that Mark Staehnke has joined ESC as an advisor. Mark has been involved in Morgan Horses for most of his life. As most know, Merriehill Farm has for decades been a major factor in breeding, showing and promoting Morgans with innumerable Regional, Grand National and World Champions developed at Merriehill.

Mark has a long record of personal involvement having served as a Regional Director and Vice President of Finance of the American Morgan Horse Association, President and Treasurer of the American Morgan Horse Institute and over a decade as a Member of and Chairman of the USEF Morgan Rules Committee. Currently, Mark is the President of the Morgan Weanling Gala. We are very excited to have Mark join us to offer advice and guidance through the Morgan Show Horse Industry.
