What You Need To Know – ESC Digital Pony Cards Available at KSF World Championships – Get Time Saving Tips & Measurement Schedule
In today’s countdown to Louisville, this communication outlines the information required for the new ESC Digital Pony Cards along with some time saving tips for completing the process. KSF WCHS will offer measurements Saturday August 17th at 1pm and Sunday August 18th at 9am. Locations once finalized will be announced through the ESC Mobile Hub.
Information Needed
1) Pony’s registered name and registration number
2) Pony’s date of birth
3) Owner full name & email
4) Handler last name & email
Time Saving Tip #1: While in line for pony measurements use your smart phone or tablet with a built in camera and go to the ESC Pony Measurement form and enter the information above. When you are called for measurement hand your smart phone or tablet with data above entered to the officials for the recording of measurements and ID photos. If you are not comfortable using your smart phone device, officials will use their tablets for data entry.
ESC Digital Pony Cards are emailed instantly and provide several additional layers of Identification Protections with electronic signatures from two officials and the pony handler as well as four ID photos of your pony. ESC accepts certified hard copies of pony cards from other governing bodies.
Time Saving Tip #2: Skip the show office and go straight to the ESC Pony Measurement form. Paper applications cannot be accepted due to signatures and digital photo requirements. According to the experts it takes 5-10 years to grow a 45′ pine tree large enough to produce a ream required for a piece of paper.
Good luck and have a great show everyone!
